We are making our dream come true. Come be part of it!

Treehouse Falls at Lake Jocassee is a dream being manifested.

The land is 12 laurel covered acres sliced in half by a clear water creek

that becomes a small waterfall in the middle of the land.

The land already has outdoor claw foot tubs in the woods, hammocks by the waterfall and beautiful trails through dense ferns, moss, hardwoods, laurel and wildflowers.

Our land is just over 2 miles away from the ONLY public access to Lake Jocassee. Jocassee is aged by 7 waterfalls and has only 40 houses on its entire 75 mile shoreline. It is protected on all sides by conservation efforts making it one of the most pristine and beautiful places you could ever hope to experience. Water so clear you can snorkel and scuba.

Treehouse Falls is about 2 hours from Charlotte, 3 hours from Atlanta and 90 minutes south of Asheville but it feels like a world away when all you can hear are birds and crickets.

We plan to honor the land and do everything we can to conserve its natural beauty and habitat while we thoughtfully speckle treehouses, A-frames, fire pits, outdoor showers, shipping container bath houses, wildflower gardens, green houses and more.

There will be magical spaces like a yoga deck beside a waterfall, a creekside dining platform alone in the forest complete with chandelier, grill, cooler and everything you need for the most romantic dinner of your life. You’ll also be able to enjoy a soak in our clawfoot tubs in the forest surrounded by mountain Laureal and 100 foot tall hardwoods. Eventually each cabin will include memory foam bedding, cafe lights, French press, small fridge, solar power, fans, outdoor chairs, hammock and fire pit. Robes will be included for your walk to outdoor tubs, outdoor showers and sauna.

We have a crowd funding campaign coming soon but in the mean time, every piece of merch you buy gets us a little closer to bringing this vision to fruition.
