Treehouse Falls at Lake Jocassee 

Is the brain child of two old friends. 

Cliff Cash is a nationally touring comedian, nomad, vanlifer and nature photographer with a background in home renovation. Cliff is based in coastal NC.  Thomas Wolfe is an award winning green builder and owner of Lobos Construction in Asheville NC 

Both Thomas and Cliff fell in love with Oconee County over the years and became enamored with the gorgeous lakes, forests, rivers and waterfalls. The peace and quiet that some only get to dream of is abundant in these magical mountains. 

When the chance to snag a piece of that dream presented itself, the pair decided to take a step forward and hope that the path would appear before them.  

Now the hard work has been done to lay the necessary infrastructure to build the dream. Roads and creek crossings are in place, electricity is connected, well and septic are established and even the trails around the property and to the waterfall are ready to be hiked. 

We just need funding to bring the vision the rest of the way to fruition.
